Oxford Tutors USA is excited to announce an opening for a talented and passionate A Capella Teacher/Coach on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. The role involves leading and mentoring students in A Capella singing, fostering their musical talents, and inspiring a love for music.
Key Responsibilities:
· Teach and coach A Capella singing and choral work to middle and high school students.
· Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and activities.
· Work with students in both group settings and one-on-one to enhance their vocal skills and performance techniques.
· Collaborate with a small team of educators and families in Puerto Rico.
Requirements:
· Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential.
· Prior experience in A Capella singing, vocal coaching, or teaching is highly desirable.
· Ability to adapt to students of varying skill levels and musical interests.
· Creative, open-minded, and adaptable with a sense of humor.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Oxford Tutors USA seeking applicants for an exciting long-term educator position on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico.
The gifted and talented education coordinator will challenge and develop the minds of gifted and talented children ranging in age from K-12. Aim to enhance the educational experiences and the academic interests of students, develop curriculum for neurodivergence, and pioneer a new gifted and talented programme for the local community.
No formal teaching qualification required, but experience working with young people (tutoring, volunteering etc.) or an interest in a future career in teaching is preferable.
You will be working in-person with a small team of educators and families based in Puerto Rico. The role will consist of both leading small cohorts of bright children and mentoring individual students in one-on-one contexts outside of school hours. The G&T education coordinator will also provide the opportunity to support students from low-income families in the local community. Spanish is not required, however an interest to learn would be encouraged. Given the range of travel required in Puerto Rico, a driver’s license is preferred.
School term role, accommodation provided, 5-6 days a week. Tutor would be expected to relocate to Puerto Rico.
